Can I use your SEO reporting system and stay with my current SEO company?

Yes. While we'd love to help everyone, we only work with specific companies we know we can 100% generate results for. See if you qualify to work with us here. The bigger goal for our SEO reporting service is to help as many business owners as possible, track how well their SEO is doing and keep their SEO providers accountable.

Do You Track Link Building?

Yes. The system pulls in data from 3rd party tools such as SEMrush, Moz Local, and Ahrefs (costs for 3rd party tools and set up are not included as part of this service; however can be quoted separately.) These tools allow tracking of your backlink profile, lost links, referring domain authority and full ability around backlink analytics. The other feature the system offers is to manage your link building properly so you can accurately reference link placement dates and how they correlate with ranking increases.

Can you recommend a SEO reporting template?

We have a set SEO reporting template that we recommend for different industries. However, nothing is impossible. Our private clients ask us to customise their layout based on business needs. Our dashboard is flexible enough to do so, and if it's not too hard, we can do so for you, too.

Does your system include backlink analytics?

While our link management tool tracks the domain authority of the backlinks entered, our system isn't a tool specific to analytics. If you need that, we recommend learning more about our Website Audit services here.

The last thing you want is to allow an overseas firm a free range of your website. If they don't understand the intricacies involved in your process, they could get you banned from search engines for the exact keywords you're looking to achieve top search rankings for.

What about tracking my other marketing efforts like Google ads or Social Media?

Our system lends itself to track Google ads data and Social media stats as well. This is not included in this current service offering, however can be quoted separately. Many of our clients decide to do this to build out a custom dashboard which provides reporting & comparison across all of their digital marketing efforts in one place. You get a system with the ability to provide a range of marketing reports. 

Can't I just set this up for free via something like Google Data Studio?

There are many free tools on the market that do some things well, others not so well or have limitations. If there was already a solution to help business owners get clarity and transparency around the ROI of their SEO we wouldn't have built this SEO reporting system for our clients. So while there are other solutions on the market, for all the reasons mentioned on this page there is nothing that will track the ROI of your SEO to the level our system does.
